Is Hypnosis Safe?

Absolutely. No one has ever been harmed by experiencing hypnosis. In fact, hypnosis is a normal state of consciousness that you enter many times every day. Daydreaming is an everyday example of a state of hypnosis. Another instance is when driving and you suddenly become aware that you were “thinking” about something other than driving and wonder if you have missed your exit. Even when you are in the movie or reading a book, you are in a state of hypnosis when you beocme so engrossed until you become emotionally involved in what you are reading or watching. These are just a few of the many common experiences we have every day where we are naturally entering and emerging from a hypnotic state.
